Vacation Rental Description
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the beach with a beautiful Gulf Front view for those wanting to visit the West Coast of Florida. Only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport and even less from the Clearwater/St. Pete International Airport. 
Our condominium includes all the necessary appliances and amenities to make your vacation a true pleasure. The master bedroom and second bedroom both offer a king size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Our unit sleeps up to six people. Beautiful views of the Gulf and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed from inside our unit and out on the private balcony. 
Some of the many major attractions we are close to include Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park in Tampa, 
and exciting Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando (90 minute drive). Golf, fishing, horse and dog racing, football and baseball are even closer.  
The sandy beaches that extend for miles are just outside your door. Read the morning paper on our balcony and eat breakfast while watching the dolphin swim by. Enjoy walking, jogging or biking the miles of tranquil beach. Swim in a heated pool (in season) relax in a hot jacuzzi, barbecue lunch or dinner at the poolside picnic area or have a game of tennis. Choose to do as much or as little as you like.

To avoid charge, please pay Agent w/cash, money order, bank check made payable to Agent (not owner). $100.00 cleaning fee payable to Owner at time of booking. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day add $50/week. 5 night minimum stay only available during low season (January, May, Sept-Dec. 21, 2012).
