Both living area and main bedroom have access to the balcony overlooking beach and ocean. The views from this Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo are spectacular. The condo also includes a well equipped kitchen with new LG Fridge and of course free internet connection.

The balcony is private and perfect - a beautiful view, soft breezes, you can have your breakfast on the balcony, wine at sunset, and during the day if you don’t feel like going down to the (heated) pool or beach just lounge and get your tan right on the balcony…perfect!

This oceanfront Indian Rocks Beach apartment has a TV in every room, plus Stereo; CD & Cassette/DVD/Video. Heated pool with spa, large pool deck and private access to beach. The fully equipped kitchen has; washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, oven & stove, LG refrigerator & freezer with filtered water and ice maker. Reserved covered parking spot, elevators and guarded entry.  
 
All linens & towels provided, lounge chairs, tables and gas grill at pool deck. We have beach chairs as well. 
 
The Indian Rocks Beach vacation condo is located just 35 min from Tampa international airport, just 10 min south of Clearwater Beach. There is even a beach trolley for public transportation. 
 
Indian Rocks Beach is on an Island of soft white power sand, warm salt water and wonderful tropic breezes. There are about 60 Golf Courses within 40 min of our Indian Rocks Beach condo one of which is the renown Innisbrook - home of the Chrysler Tournament. Shopping is great, the restaurants are fabulous and all the water sports you can imagine - Enjoy your vacation and know we are close by to help you if you need us!
