The bedroom ?has a king sized bed, linens, full bath and walk in ?closet. The spacious living area includes a queen ?sized sofa sleeper for guests, 2 cable TVs, and DVD ?player and telephone. It has high speed Internet.?Your own private locker is by the pool ?for storing deck chairs, etc. You also have your?own parking space.

    • We have a king sized bed which has two adjustable controls so you can adjust either side to the exact level of comfort you desire. We also have a sofa that opens up to a queen sized bed for guests.

    • Most people come to Florida to use the beaches and to play Golf. There are many Golf courses in the area to chose from. One is within two miles of the condo. Pelican Cove is on the bus route and there is shuttle service to 
the Tampa International Airport. There are major 
Florida attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio and Busch Garden to visit. It is the home of the Devil Ray baseball team and the Tampa Baybuccaneers. The area has 17 public golf 
courses and it is close to the 40 mile Pinellas County 
Bicycle trail. Shopping and restaurants are also 
nearby. It has a very active computer club that provides lessons (Tampabay Computer Society) and quilt 
clubs. Lots of musical events. Boating and fishing 
is enjoyed year round.

    		  Low Season Price: $600 per Week
      High Season Price: $800 per Week
         

    There is 12% Fl. tax, $500 deposit which serves to hold the condo for the days you select and also serves as your security deposit. It is returned to you 2 weeks after you leave. There is a $65. cleaning fee. There is a $125 cancellation fee if the condo is rented, otherwise the cancellation fee is $500. We accept Pay Pal and checks. No credit cards.
