For you last-minute bookers, we have any available week in September or October, 2008 available for only $595! The best value in the Reef Club. Please check our availability calendar (see link below). Please note, though, full week rental only, Saturday to Saturday occupancy.
This beautiful, third-floor, beachfront condo is one of the most perfect locations for a family vacation you'll ever find. Situated in the family-oriented and very popular Reef Club complex, ours is a 1,300 sq.ft. corner unit located over the beach and the pool. There are only 5 units in the Reef Club that are situated right over the beach, and this is one of them. It has absolutely wonderful views, both directly out over the sea-oats to the Gulf and also, from the balcony, you have the most gorgeous view up the sweep of the sugar-sand beach.
There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV. The other bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has a TV. Along with the panoramic views, the living room has lots of seating and the dining room table sits 8. The living room also has TV and a VCR / DVD player (feel free to move it to a bedroom if you want).
There is basic cable feed to all the TV's. For extra accomodations, there's a sofa bed in the living room. For your convenience, there's a small grocery store right across the street, so you don't actually have to drive at all if you don't want to.
Rental year round is by the week (most condos in the area have a monthly minimum). A deposit of 25% is normally required, unless the booking is within 30 days of arrival, in which case 100% is required at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Pets are not allowed, sorry.

To complete this vacation in heaven, we have an immaculate tennis court on-site, no reservations required. We also have assigned, covered parking right next to the elevator, great for our less mobile guests. Both the the large pool and the jacuzzi are heated year-round. In addition to the onsite tennis, there are literally dozens of golf courses nearby. There's also lots of stuff to do with the kids. It's just a pleasant ten-minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. To name but a few of the things to do there; you can take a dolphin spotting cruise, go fishing for dinner (they'll clean what you catch for you), or there's a new off-shore power-boat cruise that goes 70+ mph.
Orlando and Disneyland are just a couple of hours away. We also have an excellent theme park and a water park right here in Tampa; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, respectively.
