This 2550 square foot executive home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, great room, study, kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry room, propane heated pool and jet equipped spa with a 2-car garage. The view from the lanai and pool includes the tenth and eleventh greens of the Links Golf course framed by lovely tall trees.
Its spacious Master Suite boasts of a high-quality Springaire mattress-equipped queen-size bed, has sliding glass doors to the high-volume screened lanai and pool area, and “his” and “her” walk-in closets. The adjoining Master Bath has a large shower, roman tub, a doored lavatory, and room-width vanity mirrors. This bedroom is equipped with its own TV set and VCR.
On the opposite side of the home, a second Springaire queen-size equipped bedroom with an adjoining full bath can be closed-off from other parts of the home with a pocket door, essentially creating another suite – again with a separate direct access to the lanai pool area.
A third bedroom with queen-sized bed is next to yet another full bathroom. Both are adjacent to the Great Room and thus afforded privacy from other bedroom suites.
The great room contains an entertainment center with a high-quality stereo sound system, and that can reproduce signals from AM/FM/CD-ROM audio sources as well as those from a combined VTR/DVD player and a 35” flat-screen TV set with access to local cable programming. Sound from the stereo system can be selectively distributed to the living room,the master suite, the office and the lanai. The great room also has a wood-burning fireplace, two dual-seat reclining sofas and a third sofa, (which can be opened into a queen-sized sofa bed).
Double front doors open to a magnificent high-ceilinged living room with room-width sliding glass doors facing the lanai and pool. Adjacent to the living room are a formal dinning room and a study with handsome Myrtle Ben Franklin desk, a matching credenza and a utility table that is ideal for computer systems.
The commodious kitchen boasts of modern General Electric major appliances and a full compliment of small appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware, and its own 13 inch flat-screen TV set. Off-white tile and plentiful bleached-oak cabinets contribute to the bright and airy atmosphere. Matching table and chairs in a breakfast nook casual are perfect for indoor dining with views of the lanai and pool through windows
and a sliding glass door. A pass-thru window and ledge to the kitchen facilitate outdoor lanai dining.
Six ample cushioned chairs and a heavy glass table with an overhead fan comprise a comfortable and practical lanai dining area. A dual-burner, self-starting propane grill makes outdoor cooking and serving convenient and inviting. Overhead Tiffany lamps and an outdoor reading lamp create an attractive low-light level ambiance.
Two comfortable, adjustable cushioned chaise lounges complete lanai furnishings. Lolling or swimming in the pool or simply resting on the lounges while listening to water spilling from the spa to the main pool and the splashing sound from a spa fountain make for a perfect vacation environment.
Our two-level pool and spa are computer controlled with a TV-like remote control and can be heated. The main pool is thirty by fifteen feet and 7 feet in the deep end, with an appealing waterfall from the elevated spa into the pool. We pass on the cost of propane gas used to renters without markup. When using and heating the spa is desired, one simply a pushes a "spa" button on the TV-like remote control, and automatically the plumbing restricts water circulation to the spa only and the propane heater is ignited. This minimizes costs since only the spa water is heated and only when it is required.
Linens, towels, bedding etc. are all provided for each of our three bedrooms and three full baths.

We are less than three miles from Hudson Beach and two excellent (one open-air) restaurants that offer both reasonably priced good food and incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are also only a couple of miles from Route 19 with its vast range of shopping and entertainment options.
You may be pleased to know that accessing the newly-opened limited access toll road (Suncoast/Veterans Highway) at the Tampa Airport, reduces driving time from the airport to our door to less than 45 minutes. What may also be of interest is that our Florida home is only approximately 25 miles to the beaches in Clearwater, and the cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg. Again, using Suncoast/Veterans Highway makes those areas, including historic Ybor City, Hyde Park and other points of interest, very accessible.

Since we and our children and grandchildren use our Hudson Florida home ourselves, in furnishing it we used only top quality furnishings, appliances and craftsmen. The home is truly in like-new, model-home condition.
Over the past twenty-five years, we have rented properties that we also used for our family in Ocean City and Deep Creek, Maryland. Our experience has been that almost all renters, who find our units in such first-class condition, are motivated to do their best to keep them that way and to return for future visits.
It is a beautiful home, and especially so for golfers. The view from our lanai/pool is the eleventh green of the Links golf course, as seen through a few lovely trees. The Links is a privately owned golf course but is open to the public for all tee times on a first come-first served basis and is in superb shape. Of course there are many other golf course alternatives close by.
