The fully air conditioned villa with 3 bed, 3.5 bath consisting of master with king size bed & ensuite with TV & DVD and large walk-in closet and patio doors to pool area. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and own bathroom, with TV & VCR and large closet. 3rd bedroom with twin beds and own bathroom and large closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. A crib, high chairs and small childs bed available. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster etc. and all cooking & dining requirements. There is also a breakfast nook with table & chairs. A family room has comfortable sofas, coffee & end tables, lamps & a 32" cable TV with dvd player. a further quiet lounge/dining room with sofas & more formal dining table & chairs & coat closet. All living areas have ceiling fans. Some patio doors lead to a large lanai with fully screened solar heated private (not overlooked) swimming pool. There is a separate laundry room with auto washer,tumble dryer, sink, iron & board & plenty of airing & cupboard space. A spare w.c. is near to garage. A selection of adult & childrens, books, games, toys and puzzles are stored in the garage. Having two separate living rooms makes for plenty of space.

    • Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a spare w.c. Sliding patio doors to secluded screened private pool. Fans in each room plus air conditioning. Plenty of wardrobe space. There is a family room with sofas and 32" TV and DVD. A separate breakfast nook - with table and chairs as well as seating up to counter top in kitchen. A quiet lounge with sofas. A formal dining room completes the space. A large laundry room with all facilities. All linen including beach towels provided which together with chairs and loungers may be taken to nearby beaches. The three bedrooms are nicely furnished and spacious and fully carpeted for comfort.

    • There is a large recreational park five minutes from villa with soccer fields, baseball pitches, basketball courts,exercise walks and childrens playground. 
    Hudson is an ideal location, convenient to the many local amenities, for golfers, anglers, beach bums and shopaholics. There are twelve golf courses within a short drive. Most local beaches are equipped with barbecues, restrooms and shaded picnic areas. Many beaches up & down the US19 both North & South. Fishing is very popular, both sea & river, day trips out into the Gulf of Mexico. Pasco County is known as the nature coast where, hiking, biking and walking is encouraged. At Tarpon Springs trips can be taken to see divers collecting sponges. A casino boat sails daily from Port Richey into Gulf. Just to the North Weeki Wachee (mermaids) & Homassassa Springs offer natural wildlife, boat trips & shows. Busch Gardens Theme park is 35 minutes drive away. The Links Golf course is on site. Internet available.Four bikes on request.

    Fairway Oaks estate where villa is located is very popular and recommended in Hudson. Easy access to many beaches. One and a half hours from Disney Parks but 30 minutes from Tampa with all its varied activities. Most of the usual restaurants and shopping malls. Close to US 19 to enable travel up and down for many interesting places to visit.
