Welcome to Hudson on the west coast, this is one of Florida's best kept vacation secrets around! Just 33 miles north of Tampa, this quite, quaint waterfront Gulf coast community has something for everyone! Our single family vacation home is spacious, bright, extremely clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated! As a note, the world famous Bonati Institute for advanced arthroscopic surgery is only 5 minutes away and we are also listed on their recommended accommodations. 
 
The living space consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, full kitchen, dining area and Florida sun room with water views. There is a garage with large driveway and off-street parking for 4 cars. The large backyard has 2 patios, outdoor shower and a 8 person spa to relax by the water. Located on deep water canal with seawall and 2 floating docks, you can bring your boat or rent one near by and head out to the open Gulf. You can also just sit and fish or enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets.

    • Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin/ Singles beds(can be put together to make a King size bed)and also has a 20'' TV. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, spacious and bright. In the Living Room - Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. 1 full bath, 1 shower Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower, See Notes!! Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Shower, See Notes!! Outdoor (Hot/Cold) - Outdoor Shower, See Notes!! The large Master Bathroom has been completely remodeled featuring a wonderful step in shower. Both bathrooms are bright, fresh and clean have new 17'' comfort height toilets. There is also a new enclosed Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower by the the large 8 person Hot Tub!

The local adventure parks such as Busch Gardens & Adventure Island are just a 40 minute drive. Other beautiful Florida beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg are about an hour away. The Orlando theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios & Sea World about 90 minutes away.     Rates in US Funds-All rates, plus FL taxes and cleaning charges (if applicable) based on a party of 2. Variable Security Deposit: $200 Weekly rental (plus $50 for each add'l week) $500 Monthly rental Refund of security deposit will be made within fourteen (14) days after departure. A deposit (25%) of the Total Rental Amount (Rental and applicable Sales Tax) must be received 7 days after booking in order for the time to be guaranteed. The balance, if paying by Personal checks, is required to be received a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to arrival and must be drawn on a US Bank to allow time for it to clear. And 2 weeks if paying by certified funds, a bank check or money order. Weekly Rentals are Saturday 3:00 PM EST check-in to Saturday 10:00 AM EST check-out. No Smoking Inside- ashtray for patio/outside smoking only. No pets please.
