The Villa is for person’s ages 40+ and boosts a community pool, exercise room, and clubhouse. Most residences own their Villa and the property is well maintained. Also, the Villa has a brand new refrigerator with ice maker which was just installed this year as well as a new washer/dryer set.
Prior owner lived here for over 16 years and has relocated. Enjoy the privacy of this lovely Villa. Absentee owner management within one hour drive, so any problems will be handled efficiently and quickly.
