    • Dunedin has been voted most walkable, and this apartment is right on the 26 mile Pinellas Trail. Guests bring their bikes and cruise the trail or bring their kayaks and paddle around the mangrove islands, or just walk through the little shops a block away. This is old Florida, laid back living with a modern twist. Owner keeps a year round pass to all the Florida State Parks for use of guests, and Honeymoon Island State Park is close by. Apartment is second floor, garage has a dumb waiter to the kitchen. Not recommended for small children as there are steps inside the apartment and a balcony. Several golf courses nearby, including Innisbrook and public courses. All amenities for comfortable living, including WIFI, step in shower or tub, laundry room with washer and dryer, ice maker, disposal, fully equipped kitchen. Well behaved pets can bring their owners. Minimum one week rental, two during season January-April.

    • This apartment is in a perfect location for easy access to Clearwater Beach, Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, St. Petersburg. Even Disney/Epcot/Universal is less than a 90 minute drive. Golf courses everywhere, Honeymoon Island is the perfect natural beach, with nature trails and beautiful white sand. Honeymoon Island even has a dog beach. Also 1/2 mile walk or bike down the Pinellas Trail to the Toronto Blue Jays spring training and Dunedin Blue Jays summer stadium for baseball fans. Try coming to Florida in April or October, the weather is beautiful and sites and beaches less crowded.
