Our Villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has 2 twin beds. We are a little off a main highway making the Villa very peaceful & Quiet yet close to shopping, restaurants, gulf beach, swimming in Kings Bay, County Park, Playhouse(Plays),Movie Theaters,Walking and Bike Trails, Fishing, Boat and Kayak Rental. The Villa contains Digital Cable TV in living room, a tv in each bedroom, High Speed internet with WIFI and a desktop computer for your use. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom has a jetted tub with shower. We live about 15 mins. away and are usually available. Please email or call so we can answer all questions before you decide to rent, we don't want any surprises.
Small pets are allowed & smoking is permitted on the Lani.

The Villa is approx. 1 hour North of Tampa, 1 & 1/2 hours to theme parks in Orlando. Crystal River is a not a busy city it is more like the way Florida used to be, laid back , quiet and friendly. There is plenty to do to keep you busy or a great place to lay back and relax. some day this place will be discovered and then it will be gone forever, so come now and enjoy.
