A deeded beach access is about 50 yards from our unit - it's as close as you can get without paying Gulf front prices. 
 
Walking / Jogging paths down Scenic Hwy 98 plus walking distance to Destin's top restaurant: Beachwalk Cafe (rated one of Destin's top 25 by Florida Trend Magazine). Just around the corner from Marble Slab Creamery and B&N Starbucks Café.
