We have a beautiful ground floor condominium in Clearwater, Florida.
It is located in an alluring and peaceful neighborhood and yet very close to shopping centers, main roads and beaches.
And we rent it to the more mature guests wishing to stay for longer periods.

The condominium is on the ground floor of a 3-storey building in a well-kept and serene area. It is 1500 sq ft in size in addition to a large wrap-around terrace/patio. The condo has 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 persons very comfortably. The asparagus-green master-bedroom has a queen-sized bed covered by a hand-crocheted quilt. It has a large Sony TV. It also has its own full bathroom and 2 walk-in closets. The lilac bedroom has two single beds. The blue bedroom has a day-bed including an additional pull-out cot. There is an additional full bathroom. A large hall contains much storage space.

The living room has a very comfortable U-shaped sofa. The flat-screen HDTV, Bose surround sound CD + DVD player and a full-scale Yamaha electric piano will ensure excellent viewing, listening and playing pleasure. There are of course many games, puzzles and books as well.

The open dining-room contains a large table which can easily seat 8. It is located between the living-room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate even the more exotic cuisines.

The large wrap-around terrace has its own beautiful outdoor furniture including a table, chairs, a lit parasol, a love-seat and reclining chairs. Just 15 feet away, the terrace leads to a private parking carport, ideal for minimizing the carrying of shoppings.

The condo has heating and air-conditioning.

Very close to the condo, there is a large swimming pool. There is also a fitness room, sauna and steam bath, a snooker room and a table tennis room. There are many events being organized as well such as card playing and bingo.

The condominium is located in Clearwater in a beautiful and well-kept neighborhood.
There is no thru traffic which, together with alluring landscape, contributes to the serenity and beauty of the area.

The grapefruit trees on the premises are there for you to enjoy. We particularly like the red grapefruits which we pick and squeeze every morning (providing of course they are in season).

Very nearby, yet completely unnoticeable, there is a large shopping mall with many convenient stores such as Super Target, Costco, Borders, Lowe's and many others.

Tampa International Airport is only 15 minutes away. Clearwater Beach is a 15 minute drive. The attraction parks in and around Orlando are only 1.5 - 2 hours away.

There are also many other beautiful beaches (such as Honeymoon Island) where you can enjoy the peacefulness and natural wildlife of the surroundings.

Of course, Florida and the Gulf area are renowned for exceptional fishing and golfing venues. Within 5 miles of the condominium, there are 12 fantabulous golf courses to choose from.

Our condo building is subject to strict rules and regulations. We want to respect this.
We also ask all our guests to do the same.
Moreso since it ensures the peace and quiet we and our neighbors cherish, but also you as the guest expect.

We therefore only rent to elderly couples who wish to stay for at least one month. Non-smoking condominium. Pets are not allowed.

Reduced rates are available for stays longer than a month.

The Carport is just a few yards away from the condo which minimizes shopping and grocery carrying. High-speed wireless internet connection is included. Panasonic 110cm DH-ready TV in living room. Bose surround sound 3-2-1 system. Sony flat-screen in bedroom. Yamaha electric piano.
