The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge/diner, large kitchen, utility room, enclosed balcony. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, tiled, wooden floor throughout the lounge/dining room, wall-to-wall carpets in the bedrooms and colour cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, refrigerator (which has an ice-making machine), electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, and all the usual cooking utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing-board, hair dryers are also provided. In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. A visitors` book is provided with full information on local attractions, helpful notes on restaurants, shopping etc. Tarpon Woods is a quiet residential area approximately 30 minutes from Tampa Airport.

Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/diner has cream leather sofas, wooden floor throughout, cable tv and dining table and chairs.
Balcony: Enclosed with bug netting, with chairs.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and wash towels provided.

Outside There is an open air swimming pool (shared) and jacuzzi (shared), sun loungers, table and chairs to relax around the pool. There is also a changing area and toilets in the pool area. Coast/Beach Nearby is the well-known and lively beach resort of Clearwater. Just 10 minutes away are the quieter beaches of Honeymoon Island, Sunset Beach, Caledesi Island and Fred Howard Park. Tarpon Springs is a renowned port just up the road, famous for its ethnic Greek community diving for sponges. Golf Plenty of good value courses nearby including the world famous Westin Innisbrook (hosts US PGA tour event), Wentworth Golf Club and the Lansbrook golf course.

January - June £350 July - August £400 September - December £350 Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts on long winter lets available. A charge of $70 is to be left in the apartment to cover cleaning and will be deducted from the £100 refundable deposit if not left on departure. The apartment will be cleaned and made up before and after your stay. Booking notes A £100/$200 holding/breakages deposit is required upon reservaton and will be returned after satisfactory completion. Full payment is required 6 weeks before departure.
