We also have a highspeed wireless internet connection! You can also use the computers at the Clearwater Beach Recreation complex library at no charge if you don't feel like bringing your laptop. 
 
Unit has 1 king, 1 queen & 2 twin sized bunk beds to accommodate 8 guests. This fully furnished townhouse with a kitchen is like a home away from home. All towels, linens and kitchen items are there for your convenience. Please let me know if you are traveling with infants or small children as child gates, playpen and crib are available with ample notice. Washer & Dryer included. 
 
1st Level- Double car garage 
 
2nd Level- Kitchen, large tiki hut dining room booth (just added!), living room 36" TV, VCR & DVD player, 1/2 bath. 
 
3rd Level- "Surfer Bedroom" has queen sized bed. "Dolphin Room" has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds which will sleep a total of four. 1 full & 1/2 bathroom. Washer & Dryer are also on this floor. TV's in both bedrooms. 
 
4th Level- Private Master suite with king sized bed. Balony over looking Gulf of Mexico. Bathroom includes jetted garden tub & walk in shower. Don't forget about the brand new flat screen tv. (All rooms come equiped with over 80 channels of expanded cable!) 
 
5th Level- Roof top terrace with hotub, gas grill & breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Don't forget about the wide open views of the intercoastal waterways from the other end of the terrace. We just added a brand new patio set. 
 
(Don't worry private elevator stops on all 5 levels!!!) 
 
Common Questions: 
 
Is the hottub for your unit exclusively or for the entire townhome complex? The rooftop terrace including the hottub, gas grill & patio set are all private and exclusive to our unit only. The rest of the units each have their own! Party on!!! 
 
Are we close to the palm pavillion? Yes, 1 minute walk.

10 pool passes are included with each weekly rental. This is the biggest and best pool on the beach not some dinky motel pool! Tennis & basketball courts are free.

Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed in our beautiful brand new townhome. This townhome is for 8 guests only! Please don't break these rules as it could result in a forfeit of part or all of your deposit!
