Vacation Rental Description
A large and roomy new construction waterfront townhome on Clearwater Beach. Bedroom arrangement are one King, one Queen, Two twins. Only a short walk to the beach, this intra-coastal townhome offers luxury to spare. This townhome is new, bright and clean. Washer/Dryer in your own laundry room. Cable LCD TV with DVD in LR and all BR. Wireless WiFi. Everything is furnished down to beach towels. Need a high chair or pack and play? We have those upon request.
A short walk (3 to 5 minutes) to the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach brings you to nearby activities such as Pier 60, Clearwater Beach Marina, Beach bars and Publix Grocery. If walking is not your sport, enjoy the beach trolley. Brightwater Point is a quiet, private condominium building with only 20 condos. Furnished like our own home with luxurious leather furnishings, casual dining, fully equipped kitchen our home will become your favorite home away from home. All Kitchen cookware as well as all towels and linens furnished. Housekeeping service and cleaning is not provided on a daily basis.

Condo documents speficy rental to lessee and immediate family members only. All rates are for one familiy per condo. Condo docs prohibit multiple families renting and sharing one condo. Two couples or multiple unrelated friends together not allowed by condo docs.

Facilities
Your waterfront townhouse features a garage large enough for up to 3 cars (Tandem parking). Personal elevator holds up to 4 people and goes from the garage to each floor and to the rooftop terrance. Dine inside or go out to your private balcony for a home cooked dinner overlooking the pool and water. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. This townhouse is all tile. No carpet. Condo documents speficy rental to lessee and immediate family members only. Rental to multiple families, or unrelated friends in one condo prohibited by condo documents. Note: Pac n Play and/or High Chair available on request subject to availability.
Activities
Miniature golf, dinner dance cruise, charter fishing boat. Only a few minutes walk to world famous Clearwater Beach. Stay with us and enjoy your vacation.

Upon arrival, the $500 becomes your security deposit and is refunded provided no damage has occured. 12% Florida Tax is addedd to your rental amount and there is a one time $150.00 cleaning fee with all rentals. Clearwater Beach Vacation Rentals
Our listed properties are not directly on the beach, but most people would consider our rentals within an easy 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach at the most. Clearwater Beach is famous for its powdery white sandy beach and great local restaurants. Close to major shopping centers, you every desire can be met. Movie theaters within 10 miles. Clearwater Beach is only about 35 minutes from Tampa International airport. We have been active in the local real estate rental market since 1985.
