This tropical paradise overlooks the heated swimming pool. Everyone enjoys the screened porch for dining or just enjoying the outdoors. The home has 3 BR, two Brs have king size bed the other has a queen size bed. It also has 2 queen sleeper sofas in the LR. It is a short walk (approx 4-5 minutes) to the beach.

High Season Price : $2250 per Week

TERMS:
A $500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival, at that time your rent, tax and cleaning fee are due in full. Your $500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit now becomes your $500 refundable damage deposit. This $500.00 deposit is refunded within 14 days after departure as long as there are no damages or excessive housekeeping issues,normal wear and tear excepted. No refunds through MC/VISA or other charge cards due to your cancellation. Upon request High chair/port-a-crib will be an additional $15.00 per stay charge each. Deposits and balances may be by Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Or Master Card/Visa through

There is a $125 cleaning fee and 12% tax. $500 non-refundable deposit required on all rentals. Your damage deposit is refunded with 14 days after departure if no damages have occurred.

I also have a $45.00 damage waiver option instead of the $500 damage deposit, call or email for details.
