Clearwater Cottages is a group of historic cottages built near the Gulf of Mexico in the 1920's for family vacations . The Corner Cottage is featured in the listing. They have seen a storm or two, but have been renovated in 2007 with bamboo and tile floors, new baths, showers, etc. The Corner Cottage has the original Cuban tile shower, and no bathtub. All of the other cottages have new bathtubs, sinks and vanity. Tastefully decorated with island theme furniture, this Corner Cottage is a small house, much larger than a typical rental, everything you need to make it feel like a home at the beach.(850 square feet) Families and guests who enjoy walking back and forth to the beach barefoot, want to just enjoy a drink and sunset and want a laid back beach vacation will love their experience at the Corner Cottage at Clearwater Cottages. One, two and three bedroom available. Some with Kings size beds and washer and dryer. Families of up to 7 enjoy the best value in Clearwater Beach. Although only 3 blocks from the upscale Sandpearl Resort, these cottages are not for well heeled upscale travelers. They are for large family and friends who want to enjoy the same "best beach in America" for one third the price, and may want to bring their pet. We are a licensed Resort Dwelling with high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.  
 
Located 7 blocks north of Pier 60 where there is nighttime entertainment and street performers at dawn, you can walk to everything. Frenchy's Waterfront Restaurant 4 blocks walk, Palm Pavilion water front entertainment complex 3 blocks walk, free children's play ground with bocci court and BBQ grill across street, 3 blocks, Library, boat ramp, tennis and basketball courts three blocks over, You and the children can enjoy Angelo's Pizza across the street, while the adults enjoy the Shipwreck Bar with pool tables,darts and a lively crowd . Jolley Trolly open air nostolgic bus stop just outside will take you everywhere for about $1.75. Stops in front of Hess Convenience store where you can pick up food and beer.
