Brightwater Point Condominiums are a 20 unit condominium in a cul-de-sac on a quite street just a short walk to the beach. Great views of the intra-coastal waterway, the approach bridge to Clearwater Beach and a view of Clearwater Harbor from your great room, balcony or master bedroom. The swimming pool is located along the waterfront side of the building and is close to the docks. Enjoy fishing, swimming or just lounging in the warm Florida sunshine. This condominium is a second home and is furnished with all of the ammenities you would expect in your own home. The laundry room in this condo has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for about anything you might want to cook up on your visit. Clearwater Beach has its own Publix grocery store, two drug stores, several convenience store/gas stations and plenty of beach shopping. Enjoy great seafood lunches and dinners at our local restaurants. Our powdery white sand beach is world famous, allowing you to walk for hours if that is your choice. Beach vendors rent chairs with cabannas in the winter and chairs with an umbrella in the summer. You can also parasail, play miniature golf, take a charter boat fishing trip or just rent a jet ski, .

Major shopping malls are only 12 to 25 miles away. Tampa International Airport is only 21 miles away.
