Brightwater Point is a new condominium just completed in 2006. Secure parking under the building. Clearwater Beach is a small island just west of Tampa. Clearwater Beach has miles of soft, sugary white sands. On the beach you can rent lawn chairs with either a cabanna or large umbrella, depending on season. Rent a jet ski. Go para-sailing. Enjoy our fine beach restaurants or cook in your fully equiped kitchen. Laundry room in your condo has a washer and dryer. Condo is furnished with upscale furnishings and bedding. Large balcony off the great room allows you do dine outside overlooking the water. All bedrooms overlook the water.
