A short walk (5 to 7 minutes) to the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach brings you to nearby activities such as Pier 60, Clearwater Beach Marina, Beach bars and Publix Grocery. If walking is not your sport, enjoy the beach trolley. Brightwater Point is a quiet, private condominium building with only 20 condos. Furnished like our own home with luxurious leather furnishings, casual dining, fully equipped kitchen our home will become your favorite home away from home. All towels and linens furnished, but maid service and cleaning is not provided on a daily basis. One Pac 'n Play and one high chair available upon request subject to availablility. 
 
Condo documents speficy rental to lessee and immediate family members only. Rental to multiple families, or unrelated friends in one condo prohibited by condo documents. Couples travelling together would be considered multiple families 
 
Maximum occupancy is 6 people including children. Specify number of adults and children in your inquiry. 
 
One parking spot in gated garage provided. Please call ahead if you plan to have more than one car. 
 
No smoking in condo or on condo balconies. No smokers, please.

Condo documents speficy rental to lessee and immediate family members only. All rates are for one familiy per condo. Condo docs prohibit multiple families renting and sharing one condo. Two couples or multiple unrelated friends together not allowed by condo docs. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
