    A $500 deposit is required to make a reservation. The total amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. The initial deposit serves as security deposit and is returned after departure. 60 days cancellation notice. If canceled within less than 30 days we return 50% of your deposit if we are able to rent the home. A 100 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
