We are ideally located on Casey Key, a uniquely beautiful barrier island situated between Sarasota and Venice Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on our private beach or in our heated freshwater pool, fish the Gulf of Mexico or Intercoastal Waterway, or collect fossilized shark's teeth and beautiful seashells. Enjoy our quiet, island neighborhood atmosphere. Other ammenities include BBQ grills, guest laundry facilities, and 10 boat docks. Our friendly staff will assist you with theater tickets, dinner reservations, golf tee times, boating day trips, and more. Low Season Price : $119 High Season Price : $229 per Week
Our rates range from $119 a night to $289 per night depending on the type of unit and the time of year. A one night stay or 25% is required for a deposit, whichever is greater. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 60 Day Cancellation Policy: Day of reservation to 61 days prior to arrival = No cancellation fee is charged. 60 days to 3 days prior to arrival = Deposit is forfeited. 2 days prior to arrival to same day = 100% of entire stay. Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of cancellation fees.
