Our villa is situated in the peaceful community of Regal Oaks.With a central position to the larger than average lake and sunshine all day long!
A variety of shops, malls and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away.
The glorious gulf beaches stretch from anna marie island right to Longboat Key and are just a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Numerous golf courses are within easy reach of the villa Perida being just a 3 min drive away.
Shopping Malls, elegant shops of St Armands Circle and designer outlet malls all within a 15/20 min drive.

Tampa is just 50 mins away, Orlando's theme parks 90 mins Sarasota just a leisurly 10 min drive.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.
Decorated in a light neutral shade throughout, with light cream carpet throughout and light floor tiles in the kitchen/nook area as well as the ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom.

THE GREAT ROOM.The sitting area has a sofa and loveseat both upholstered in a "taupe" material,dark cherry wood coffee table and 2 matching side tables, 2 lamps, 50 " HD flat screen t.v. with upgraded cable, an individual "set top" box, dvd player, both situated in the entertainment centre (also dark cherry) a book library with over 200 books and a spectacular view of the pool and lake through the wall to wall glass windows/doors.

THE DINING AREA OF The Great Room has a table and 6 chairs for formal dining (this is also dark cherry) with a crystal drop chanderlier above the table.

THE MASTER BEDROOM/ENSUITE BATHROOM/PRIVATE SITTING ROOM.The master bedroom has pine furniture and consists of a large queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser/mirror T.V plus individual set top box and dvd , a cream chair, a large walk-in closet. The Ensuite Bathroom has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with "hollywood" style lighting, a wall unit for toiletries,also an oval tub, separate toilet and a walk-in shower.A sliding door to the ensuite for extra privacy. The Private Sitting Room has a "suede" sofa, table,large "crystal glass" lamp, stereo hi-fi, small games table (chess, backgammon etc) a selection of puzzles, a cream chair and a wonderful view of the pool/lanai and lake.

ALL BED LINEN AND COMFORTERS ARE REPLACED NEW EACH YEAR.

THE KITCHEN/NOOK AREA.The upgraded white kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven garbage disposal and all the smaller appliances to make this a superb kitchen, The Nook Area has a pine/white table (can be extended) and 4 chairs..and a view of the pool and lake.

THE UTILITY ROOM has a large washer, dryer, vacumn cleaner, iron/ironing board and sink.

THE SECOND BEDROOM also has pine furniture and consists of a large queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, armoire with three drawers, where you will find the 2nd flat screen t.v. with individual set top box, 2 seat storage chair, closet and view of the lanai/pool and lake.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has pine twin beds nightstand,small table, lamp and closet.

THE FAMILY BATHROOM.is between the 2nd/3rd bedrooms and comprises of large bathtub and shower, toilet and single vanity unit, wall mirrors and "hollywood" lighting, a small wall mirrored cabinet (for toiletries) also a cupboard (for towels etc)
ALL BATH, HAND TOWELS AND FACECLOTHS ARE REPLACED NEW EACH YEAR WITH TOP QUALITY CHRISTY ODDESSY TOWELS.

POOL AND LANAI.The pool is 35ft long with 2 decorative fountains and stretched the width of the villa, it is south facing so has sun all day long! on the lanai are 2 tables and 6 chairs and sunloungers, plus a ceiling fan. The pool/lanai can be lit in the evening. surrounding the pool is a mesh cage, to keep those unwanted "bugs" out.

    Absolutely beautiful clean modern villa. Had a wonderfull time relaxing by the pool and the lake at the rear of the villa. The lovely white sandy beaches of the gulf coast are only a short 20min drive away. Top of our short list for a return visit next year. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Just a short note to say a heart felt "Thank You" for renting us your wonderful house for the past couple of weeks. When we opened the door for the first time, Wendy and I both said "Wow!". The presentation on arrival was excellent.

    The property is far better than portrayed in the photographs. It really felt a home from home and contributed greatly to what was a wonderful holiday. The Bradenton/Sarasota area is so nice and peaceful at this time of year, even the beaches were mostly empty. The weather was glorious for the whole time we were there.

    We have already starting saving for the next visit! Once again, many thanks.

    If you are contemplating whether to book or not then deliberate no longer and book it! Our family consisting of 3 couples stayed in June '09 and had a fabulous week in truly luxurious surroundings. The furnishings are beautiful and very tasteful and we felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen such a fabulous villa. I would have loved to spend a month or more reading some of the pristine up to the minute paperbacks in the bookcases - there's always next time.The pictures don't do it justice. My son and son in law fished on the lake and caught a variety of fish. My daughter is expecting her first baby in August and would love to come back with her new addition some time in the future. We made friends with a family of ducks who came visiting most days. The pool was superb after a day out exploring the gulf coast. We can recommend a restaurant called Bonefish if you want to celebrate a special occasion.
