With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a games room, a luxurious pool & spa area overlooking the lake and golf, this home has everything! The villa is a fully air conditioned and furnished property. The beautiful pool and spa area is fully covered and furnished with outdoor furniture perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun. The open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for a family or group holiday. The villa has all of the modern appliances you could wish for including a cooker, hob, family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living area boasts a state of the art wall mounted 42inch plasma TV. Everything you need!

Rates shown include all taxes and cleans. Pool heat additional at £100 or $150/week. Cots, high chairs and games consoles can be hired out at £50/$75 per week. Golf membership can be transferred to guests for a fee of $250.

Refunds apply only to the rental of our home. We do not refund monies paid or owed to third parties such as airlines, car rental companies, ticket vendors etc.

We cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you, your property, or for any medical expenses, or compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.. Therefore, we strongly advise you to obtain adequate travel insurance.

Cancellation charges:
· More than 8 weeks - The deposit
· Between 6 and 8 weeks - 50% of the total rental costs
· Between 4 and 6 weeks - 75% of the total rental costs
· Less than 4 weeks -100% of the total rental costs
