Located of the SR64, at exit 220 of the I75. the villa is situated in a residential boating community in River Pointe, Bradenton. Our privately owned villa is on the lakeside, where the abundance of Florida wildlife that the lake attracts can be enjoyed, while relaxing at the poolside.

Our villa is fully equipped for that home from home experience. The master bedrooms are both ensuite and have queen-sized beds and walk in closets. The twin bedded rooms also have walk-in closets and share an additional bathroom. Two separate living areas, kitchen with informal dining and a formal dining area, provide ample room to accommodate eight people comfortably. The family living area and all four bedrooms have satellite television and the house is wireless enabled for internet access. A DVD player, portable CD player and Playstation are also provided for your enjoyment.

The private, screened, 28-foot by 14-foot solar-heated pool overlooks the lake and the large deck with outdoor dining facilities and sun loungers provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.

    • The Sarasota/Bradenton area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. Just a short distance from the villa you will find the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. The area is renowned for its excellent golf courses and some of these are just a few minutes drive from the villa. For those shopaholics, Ellenton Premium designer outlets is approx a drive of 5 miles. In the immediate area there is a Wal-Mart store and a Publix as well as other local shops and restaurants.

    Orlando and its many theme parks is a 90 minute drive away and Busch Gardens is only 50 minutes drive away.

    Rates..£650 per week or $1050 per week. Sept-Dec 2010 £550/$900 per week. Rental rates include taxes, utilities and housekeeping on departure. Bookings are for a minimum of one week.Rates may be negotiated for monthly bookings.A deposit of £150/$250 per week secures booking. Balance and a refundable security deposit of £150/$250 is due 8 weeks prior to rental. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
