Built December 2002. This luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bath, lakeside villa with private swimming pool is only a short drive away from Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. 
 
This fully equipped villa situated in a quiet secluded residential area has everything for your comfort and enjoyment. The rear of the property, pool and lanai is very private and peaceful and benefits from the sun late morning until evening. We have digital cable TV with TV's in the Family Room, Master Bed and 2nd Double bedroom.  
 
Should you require internet access there is a 7Mbit wireless connection. Although we have no PC all you require is your laptop and we will give you our WEP access key code. Our phone service also offers free calls within the USA and to Canada. For all other calls we recommend buying a phonecard from any of the local supermarkets,chemists or petrol stations. A $10 card will easily last a couple of weeks for calls made to the UK for instance. 
 
This beautiful 4 bedroom villa (2 doubles and 2 twin) sleeps up to 8 comfortably and the heated pool overlooks a picturesque lake. Located within easy reach of two golf courses, and for tennis players there are free courts within the Sabal Harbour community and a swimming pool/play area. Shopping malls and restaurants are close by. 
 
The beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are a short drive away, Tampa/Busch Gardens 45 minutes and the attractions of Orlando/Disney 90 minutes.

    • We also have 2 mountain bikes and a multi gym in the garage for use by our guests. A BBQ is also kept in the garage and is easily wheeled round to the pool area. Should the gas bottle be empty and require changing this can be done at Lowes( Like B&Q ) which is located on the left hand side of the road (SR70) back towards the I75 from the villa. Regarding cleaning of the BBQ,all we ask is that you leave the BBQ as you would wish to find it. As well as our own private pool you also have access to the large community pool which is only a 5 min walk from the villa.

    • Busch Gardens is only a 45min drive away. 
    Ellenton Mall(Designer Outlet) is only a 15min drive back down the I75. 
    Many restaurants can be found nearby. Please read through our guest book in the villa for recommendations from previous guests and we also have a leaflet stand in the entrance that will give you more information on places to visit, shopping, restaurants, etc etc. 
    We also have 2 mountain bikes and a multi gym in our garage for use by our guests.

Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your booking, irrespective of the reason, the following charges will apply: Cancellation 57 days or over prior to start of rental period, deposit only. Cancellation 29 to 56 days prior to start of rental period, 50% of rental cost. Cancellation 0 to 28 days prior to start of rental period, 100% of rental cost. Security Deposit: A security deposit of £150 or $200 is required, payable when the final balance of the rental is due. This sum is fully refundable provided no breakage, loss or damage to the house, or it’s contents, results from your occupation of it.
