The Villa is neutrally decorated, and is bright, cheerful and spacious. There is free WI-FI Broadband internet connection. 
Furnished to the highest standards throughout, it is fully air-conditioned, and has ceiling fans and smoke detectors throughout the home for your safety.There is a removable child safety barrier for the pool if required.The landscaping and pool are maintained to a high standard every week............................................. 
 
FAMILY ROOM: 
The family room is furnished with two, 3 seater sofa's, TV cabinet with 32" cable TV, DVD, VCR. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool and lanai area. Ceiling fan. 
 
LIVING ROOM: 
The living room is furnished with two, 2 seater sofa's, coffee table, table lamps, wall units, playing cards, board games, jigsaws and a selection of books 
 
DINING ROOM: 
Ideally located from the kichen area, with six seater table and chairs, with over table light. High chair available. 
 
KITCHEN: 
This spacious bright kitchen has a tiled floor, and is equipped to a high standard. Appliances include: Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with ice maker, Ice dispenser, Garbage disposal,Coffeemaker, Toaster, Kettle, Cutlery, Crockery, Utensils and Kitchenware, There are sliding patio doors to pool and lanai area. 
 
BREAKFAST ROOM: 
Situated adjacent to the Kitchen with two large windows overlooking the lake. A four seater table and chairs has a hanging light over the table. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool and lanai area.

The pool is fully screened, with a hand rail into the pool and overlooks the 64 acre natual lake, which has a bird santuary island, which makes it ideal for wildlife enthusiasts. The pool has an under-water light, wide steps and a bench seat at one end. Electric pool heating is available. 
The Lanai has outside light, fan, table and 6 chairs for outside dining.  
The sun deck has 4 sun loungers with 2 drinks tables,  
There is also a cafe table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee in the sun!
