Our comfortable house has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, a large screened lanai with grill and BBQ looking over the lake. Sip your morning coffee while watching the wild life around you. On the beach you will find BBQ grills, life guards, showers, restrooms, parking -- at no extra cost to you!

      High Season Price: $2,500 per Week
         

    Long term rentals are preferred. Retired people are welcome! Pet friendly! High season -- Nov. 1 through March 30. Rental fee is $2,500 including all utilities except a/c. (low season $1,900). A rental contract will be required along with deposit and bank wire transfer. A 10% tax is imposed by local authorities. Local hotels will charge from 18-22%.
