Vacation Rental Description
This condo is located in Country Village which is a 55+ community. There is a large clubhouse with exercise equip, library, pool tables, and kitchen. Outside there are BBQ grills and picnic tables, shuffel board, a large pool and there is also a hot tub. The community is very active and there are sign-up sheets for golf, cards, lunch trips, etc. 
 
The condo has washer/dryer in separate utility room, all kitchen appliances (inc. microwave), there are two TV's with remote control. There is the availability of cable for internet, but it is not connected. Basic cable is connected for TV. New oak laminate floors everywhere except bathroom which has tile. 
 
There is a minimum rental period of two months.

    Sarasota-Bradenton airport is about 10 miles.

      High Season Price: $1,350 per Month
         

    First month and $250 security deposit required in advance. Then monthly fee is due on 1st of month after that. There is an additional Condo Assoc. fee of $50 required with application. Condo Board does interview with renter. Electric, water, and cable fees are included in monthly rent.
