Vacation Rental Description
This condo is located in Country Village which is a 55+ community. There is a large clubhouse with exercise equip, library, pool tables, and kitchen. Outside there are BBQ grills and picnic tables, shuffel board, a large pool and there is also a hot tub. The community is very active and there are sign-up sheets for golf, cards, lunch trips, etc.
The condo has washer/dryer in separate utility room, all kitchen appliances (inc. microwave), there are two TV's with remote control. There is the availability of cable for internet, but it is not connected. Basic cable is connected for TV. New oak laminate floors everywhere except bathroom which has tile.
There is a minimum rental period of two months.

Disney, Sea World, Universal and MGM Studios are in Orlando which is a two hour drive.
Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowery Park Zoo are in Tampa which is approximately a one hour drive.
Tennis, golf, swimming, boating, water sports and beach are located within 5 miles. Restaurants, shopping and other entertainment are plentiful in Bradenton...many places less than 1 mile.
Sarasota-Bradenton airport is about 10 miles.
