This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, newly remodeled, ground floor end unit will have you returning year after year. Our latest improvements include new bathroom counter-tops and wireless high-speed internet access. Comfortable, beautiful and immaculately kept are just a few of the descriptions for the inside of our unit. It has a lanai that overlooks one of the six small lakes in the resort. It is fully equipped plus some - Washer, Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker & more, Linens provided, Cable TV, Telephones, beach chairs and beach towels and much more.  
 
But just outside your door is another exciting world to explore. 
Located in Shorewalk Villa Resort with 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a lovely clubhouse with large screen TV and free Internet hot-spot access and much more. 
 
The landscaping here is Florida at its best. Palms, ponds, walkways, our beautiful birds, and our sweet resident ducks will all welcome you with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The pools and recreation here can keep you totally content, but if you would like more - we have it.  
Walk just a little further and you will leave this heavenly retreat into a world of convenient grocery stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Don't forget to check out Bealls Outlet Store (the prices are great). OK, ready for the beach now? Just six miles down the road you will find Bradenton Beach. And if you want to see it all, just drive either north or south and you will see the gulf from other angles and other beaches. If you like water sports - we have them. If you like museums - we got it (our famous manatee - Snooty - can be seen at the aquarium in the South Florida Museum in Bradenton). Within minutes- 3 golf courses, Walmart, Anna Maria Island and Gulf beaches, boating, water sports, miniature golf and much, much more. Just to mention a few- Desoto National Memorial, Manatee Beach, Bradenton Beach, Twin Dolphin Marina, Mixon Fruit Farms. Not too far away is Sarasota, St Petersburg, and Busch Gardens – Tampa [about 1Hr]. Orlando and Disney are about 2 hours away.

Minimum stay is four nights [one month in high season]. For other than a calendar month, the monthly rate applies to a 4 week [28 night] stay. All rates in US dollars. Discount applies for extended stays. We accept bank and personal drafts/checks, PayPal and cash. PAYMENT PROCEDURE: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total rental price. The remaining 80% plus sales tax is due on arrival (Florida taxes are 11.5% of the rental price also due on arrival). In addition a security deposit of $200 is required upon check-in and is returned as soon as the premises is checked for damages and/or missing items. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled less than 30 days before your arrival date will result loss of your deposit. However, if we are able to fill the vacancy created by the cancellation your deposit will be returned to you.
