New stainless kitchen appliances including a Jennair inside grill, trash compactor, double convection & standard ovens, dishwasher & microwave with verything needed to cook gourmet meals including all dishes, cookware, silver, lobster pots, wine glasses etc. All linens furnished including beach towels. Full size washer and dryer in oversized laundry room. Master bedrrom with king bed & bath with jacuzzi tub that overlooks beach. 2nd master with king bed. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. Large closets in all bedrooms. Seperate guest apartment has mini kitchen and full bath with king bed, queen bed and queen sofa bed. Plenty of patio furniture including beach chairs and umbrella and floats. For baby, portable bed, highchair, several strollers, bath chair.

Commercial tourist area about 3 miles away. Old fashioned trolly that stops in front of townhome and carries to tourist area. Parking ourtide for 5 cars.
