As part of the exclusive "La Casa Costiera" condominium, this beautiful villa gives guests all the benefits of a detached single family home with the added benefit of using the condominium's pristine large heated swimming pool and hot tub, set in a beautiful landscaped garden courtyard. Facilities also include a double gas grill & charcoal grill plus a pagoda picnic area that is great for cookouts. Your car will be kept cool in either of two enclosed designated garage parking spaces.
If you love beachfront living then this property will fulfil your dream of waking up in the morning and stepping right out for your morning stroll on to the seven miles of white sand beach that fringes Anna Maria Island and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on your shady lanai or the top deck and watch the sun slip over the horizon creating Florida's spectacular sunsets. Sunbathe on the upper sun deck, relax in the shade of the lanai and take a refreshing swim in the Gulf or the pool.
When you step inside Beachside Villa you will find a décor that is elegant yet casual. It is light and airy with 9 ft ceilings and cool ceramic tile floors throughout. No expense has been spared in providing luscious "Coastal Living" designer furnishings and fabrics for your enjoyment. Comfortable best quality sofas and upholstered easy chairs in rattan are perfect for relaxing or watching a DVD movie. Listen to your favorite CDs on the 'state of the art' sound system throughout the interior and the lanai. Large glass sliders lead out onto the lanai.

Professionally decorated with gorgeous 'coastal living' furnishings, extra comfortable beds and 9ft ceilings that create a light and airy ambiance.
Prepare breakfasts or lunches to serve “alfresco” on the lanai in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen that features high end stainless steel appliances including glossy ceramic hob, oven & broiler, microwave, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. The ivory glazed cabinetry ia accented by light granite counter tops.
For preparing cocktails and spritzers to sip at sunset while watching the sun slip over the distant horizon, the fabulous bar area has a wine cooler and icemaker. Eat casually at the breakfast bar or on the lanai. For a family lunch or a more formal dinner use the dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
All of the beds have top quality mattresses and linens. The master bedroom has large king size bed, creamy vanilla décor, private entrance to the exterior and its own bathroom with double shower and a whirlpool spa tub.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

This elegant beachside ground level vacation house has a large shady private lanai set amongst lush tropical landscaping, with a spiral staircase that leads up to a glorious sundeck for serious sunbathing. Relax on exquisite outdoor sofa and loungers with cushions and revel in views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The boardwalk from the house leads directly on to the sands. After enjoying a swim in the warm Gulf waters or sunbathing and strolling on the beach take a leisurely freshen up in the private beachside outside shower on the southern side of the villa or the beachfront shower on the north side.
Follow the boardwalk over to the electrically heated swimming pool and take a leisurely swim followed by the Jacuzzi spa tub. If you feel like a cookout and picnic, choose from either of two grills - gas or charcoal and eat under the pagoda by the pool.

Low Season Price : £1600 High Season Price : £2500 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
