Villa Francesca is a three bedroom/three bathroom Villa that combines Mediterranean architecture with an island ambiance. When you arrive, drive through the wrought iron gates and park in the cool of the large garage. Gated, it has beautifully landscaped gardens with tall palms and flowering tropical plants, Roman style brick paving in the main drive, and walkways and its own private solar and electrically heated swimming pool & waterfall.
The exterior of the house is a gorgeous soft creamy ivory color, trimmed with crisp arctic white around the balconies and windows. Enter Villa Francesca and find elegance and comfort combined in the decor, including burnished maple hardwood floors throughout, two beautiful Master suites and two large balconies edged with Italian balusters. The house is constructed to a high specification with 9 ft 6" ceilings, triple crown moldings, hand crafted oak staircases, dual central air systems and ceiling fans in all rooms.
There is TV in every room, DVD and CD player. Features DSL Hi-Speed internet access and telephone to keep in daily contact with family, friends and business. The Villa has been designed with a tower and panoramic terrace that has 360 degree views out over Anna Maria Island. It is a perfect spot in the evening for watching spectular sunsets.
Relaxation is assured in the light, bright an airy open plan living area with its plush sofas strewn with scatter pillows. Antique style pine furnishings, glossy easy care maplewood floors, custom trim around the windows and three-piece crown complement the Mediterranean based design. Sit back and enjoy cable TV/DVD or listen to your favorite CDs. Glass sliders lead out onto a large balcony with the delicate aroma of two pretty flowering plants, plus a patio dining table and chairs for informal dining in the open air. Plan a sunset supper for the ultimate dining experience. Step down into the dining area and relax over a long lazy dinner seated at the antique finish table. The decor has interesting accents including a grandfather clock and a traditional style china cabinet.
If you are not eating in one of the island's many great restaurants, then you have several choices, dine out on the balcony, cook out down by the pool and picnic in the garden or eat in the step down dining room.
Pop down to Publix for some great steaks, salads, fresh vegetables and the best bakery in Florida. Or if you don't mind an 18-minute drive you can visit Cortez Village where there is a great funky outdoor bar/restaurant and where they serve fresh seafood meals at a reasonable price. Also at the fish market across from the restaurant you can purchase fresh seafood, bring it home and prepare it in our kitchen which is fully equipped in a manner to afford entertaining.
The kitchen has maple wood cabinetry, creamy Corian countertops and a full range of appliances including dishwasher, range, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Cabinets contain dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small appliances, and ... an Italian Palvoni expresso machine.
The Master Bedroom Suite 1 has a huge king size antique style pine bed, private bathroom and a large closet with a couple of twin pillow topped mattresses stores in case you have a couple of extra visitors. Glass sliders lead out onto a vine covered private balcony with loungers for relaxing quietly with an early morning coffee or escaping for a quiet read in the afternoon.
The romantic Master Bedroom Suite two in the tower has a king size poster bed, large closet and private bathroom with a large oval whirlpool spa tub for two and a shower. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a private bathroom.
From the upper hallway, an exterior door leads up to the roof top tower terrace with 360 degree panoramic views of Anna Maria Island. It is perfect to watch the stunning sunsets and sunrises or to enjoy a quiet read.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are housed in a separate laundry room.
The swimming pool is solar and electrically heated so you can take a swim year round. The pool and the gardens are maintained continually on a weekly basis. Bicycles have been thoughtfully provided down in the large garage so you can go off exploring the island at your leisure. If you get tired just put your bike on the rack on the front of the free trolley and ride home in style.

Villa Rental Rates Low Season Price : £1000 High Season Price : £1800 per Week

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
