If you are looking for the perfect vacation destination for your family reunion or a group of families traveling together, then look no further than Villa Coconuts. Alternatively, if you are travelling with friends or another family, this property can be split into two separate units so you can aboth have your own privacy.
Just a two short blocks to the beach, this generous sized vacation home has six bedrooms, a loft, four bathrooms and plenty of parking for your large group. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed andthe loft area has a bunk bed and futon. The home comfortably sleeps two to 16 persons. The décor is light and airy and the owner has provided books, games and beach toys and a basket with suggestions on what to do and where to go, aiming to think of everything so that you won't have to.
On the first level you will find three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and living room and the second level has 3bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a living room and the loft, plus aprivate sundeck with view of the Beach and the Bay. From this deck theviews are breathtaking - you can watch the sunset over the Gulf andlook out over the waters of Anna Maria Sound, right up as far as thedistant Skyway Bridge. With loads of outdoor living space and anoutdoor gas grill, larger parties can really enjoy Florida living. Eachlevel has a shady and relaxing covered porch with comfortable seatingfor quiet relaxing moments. After a visit to the nearby white sandbeaches you can come back to the house and rinse off the sand in theoutdoor shower, then relax on the loungers in the private courtyardarea around the 80 degree pool. The pool area is partially covered toprovide some welcome shade if needed.
Villa Coconuts is nestled on a narrow part of Anna Maria Island, just a 250 yard stroll to the beach or 1 block over to the bay. The trolley stop is just a couple of blocks away and the grocery store, restaurants (many within walking distance) and shopping center are just three or four minutes' drive. For the kids it is just one block to a waterfront park with full playground and basketball courts – great for keeping them amused when they are not at the beach or in the pool.
There are two well equipped kitchens with quality appliances and laundry facilities. Appliances include ranges, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves and dishwashers. Guests have two large capacity washers, two dryers, ironing boards and irons.
All of the bedrooms have queen size beds with good quality comfortable mattresses. linens and pretty quilts. Each bedroom is individually decorated, some in warm tropical colors and other in cool pale shades.
With four bathrooms to choose from members of your large group can choose tub or shower and freshly laundered towels will be stacked in each bathroom ready for your arrival.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Low Season Price : £1200 High Season Price : £1800 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
