This gorgeous condo has 9 ft ceilings, custom built cabinetry, gorgeous furnishings and fine artwork. When relaxing you have superb quality sofas and beds. Keep in touch with business, family and friends with Hi-Speed internet access and the guest phone.
Down by the large swimming pool, you can cook out on a gas or charcoal grill and have a picnic then stroll out on to the seven miles of white sand beaches that stretch out along the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.
The living area is open plan, taking maximum advantage of the gorgeous setting of La Casa Costiera. Relax in plush, deep comfortable sofas strewn with thick, fringe trimmed scatter cushions. Sit back and enjoy the 36 inch screen television or a movie on cable, VCR or DVD. Step out through the large glass sliders onto your private balcony with sunset and Gulf views.
The decor is light, bright and beautiful with pretty area rugs, exquisite tile floors and gorgeous pale lightly washed oak furnishings. The artwork, lamps and accents have all been cleverly selected to achieve a professionally decorated finish. After a busy day at the beach, by the pool and exploring the island, coming back to this beautiful apartment is a real joy. It definitely is first class all the way!
The dining area is a great place to eat in when you are not visiting one of the great local dining establishments, or have that early morning cup of coffee or lunch out on the balcony.
The sumptuous Master Bedroom suite features luxurious linens, French Chateau inspired tapestry fabrics and the light washed oak king size bed has a comfortable king pillow top mattress. There is a private Master bathroom and a walk in closet.
Bedroom two confirms that you are on vacation in a tropical setting. The furniture features a Hemingway style rattan herringbone upholstered bed and with elaborately carved pineapple finials. Once again, you will find luxurious linens, a sumptuous comforter and a Queen pillow top mattress. Relax while watching your flat screen TV or enjoying your private Italian tiled bath and shower. Bedroom three has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and private bathroom.
The Master bathroom features granite countertops, a large European tiled double rain shower and Jacuzzi tub for two.
Master Bathroom two has European style tiled shower and tub. Bathroom three has a bath and shower. Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

The gardens and grounds have been thoughtfully designed to create a densely lush sub-tropical village atmosphere, dotted with walks and benches leading to the large pool and gazebo and directly on to the sands. The large swimming pool area also has a Jacuzzi spa tub to relax in plus there is a gas grill, a charcoal grill and an outdoor fireplace if you like to cook out during your island vacation.
