Brand new, this superb example of Mediterranean style architecture makes a really stunning 4 bedroom/4 bathroom vacation residence. Villa Sorrento has its own electrically heated swimming pool with a waterfall, set in gated private gardens. Just 1 minute stroll from the beach, this Italianate vacation residence has incredible 360 degree views of the surrounding island from the Tower terrace.
It comes complete with elevator, DVD, stereo, TV & phone in every bedroom and high speed DSL Internet access. All of the beds have lush pillow top beds with 18" thick mattresses, top of the range 8-way hand tied sofas topped with loads of pillows and gorgeous furnishings. Whisper quiet dual system air conditioning allows you to adjust the temperature in the upper and middle sections of the house to your own comfort level.
Burnished Canadian maple wood flooring throughout the living area iseasy care. From the large and comfortable sofas watch large flatscreen cable TV, see movies on DVD & listen to your favorite musicon stereo. The temperature on all floors is controlled by adual air conditioning system, allowing you to adjust the temperature inthe upper and middle sections of the house to your own comfort level. Keep in touch with family, friends and business with Hi-Speed internet access.
Glass sliders lead out on to the balcony overlooking the garden and the swimming pool area. The balcony is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee, just relaxing or enjoying an "al fresco" breakfast or lunch. It is also a perfect spot for enjoying a sunset cocktail. The dining area has an antique style Ponderosa Pine china cabinet andlong oval dining table and chairs for eight. Staircases from the livingarea are all custom made for Villa Sorrento from American oak.
Located in the tower, Villa Sorrento's kitchen has solid maple woodcabinetry, creamy ceramic tile floor, smooth granite countertops and loads of storage space. The appliances include a ceramic top range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A second dining table allows for an "eat-in" kitchen and is useful for serving breakfast or snacks. The cabinets are fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small appliances so you can prepare anything from alight meal to a full evening dinner party. Bringing the groceries is easy, just use the elevator. The separate laundry room has high capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironming board.
Just one minute's walk from your front gates lies the gorgeous stretch of seven miles of white sand beaches that string out along Anna Maria Island's west coast. There is a great little restaurant on the edge of the sands called Cafe on theBeach - they serve breakfast that you can eat with your feet in the sands - try their all you can eat pancakes with maple syrup & butter & a dish of fresh fruits or go for scrambled eggs, bacon & fries washed down with limitless cups of coffee. The trolley stops there so you can ride up and down the island free of charge.
The island's grocery store is just a couple of minutes' drive away and it sells terrific steaks and seafood, has a great delicatessen and the bakery is a must, try their White Mountain bread - it is delicious. Also nearby are small shops, pharmacy, doctor & dentist.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Drive through wrought iron gates & pillars topped with cast decorative lighting. The driveway, walkways and around the pool areall topped with Roman style brick pavers and the landscaping is lushand full of flowering tropical plants incuding bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleanders. Palms sway in gentle breezes while you relax by the pool. The pool has a waterfall and it is electrically heated so you can swim year round. The island's pool company visits twice a week to ensure that the heated pool is kept in the best possible condition for guests.

Low Season Price : £1300 High Season Price : £1700 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
