Villa Serena has its own private electrically heated swimming pool with a waterfall, set in gated private gardens landscaped with palms and flowering tropical plants. Roman style brick pavers have been laid in the main driveway, walkways and the pool surround area adding to the charm and character.
Rosestone color-washed walls handsomely trimmed with decorative balustrading on the large balconies and hand crafted shutters create a romantic design for your perfect vacation destination. Drive through the entranceway into the cool of the large garage. The elevator effortlessly whisks your luggage up to your bedrooms or groceries to the living area.,

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Ambient air temperature on all floors is controlled by a dual air conditioning system, allowing you to adjust the temperature in the upper and middle sections of the house to your own comfort level. Burnished Canadian maple wood flooring throughout the living area is easy care.
Glass sliders lead out on to the balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. Great for just relaxing or enjoying breakfast or lunch out in the fresh air. Also a perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail at sunset.
The dining area has an antique style Ponderosa Pine china cabinet and long oval dining table and chairs for eight. Staircases from the living area are all hand crafted cutom made for Villa Serena from American oak by local craftsmen. The sophisticated lighting system creates a marvellous ambiance at night time or you can choose to just relax by lamplight.

Low Season Price : £1100 High Season Price : £1900 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
