The enchanting Villa Tuscany is nestled in gated tropical gardens with views towards the bay waters of Anna Maria Sound. Walls are topped with decorative Italian style balustrading; brightly covered bougainvillea and flowering hibiscus surround the villa. This Mediterranean style gem is among the best value of all of our properties.
Divine Tuscan style architecture is complimented by peachy color washed walls, crisp white trim and Italian style balustrading. The design is softened by the luxuriant landscaping and the hand-made window shutters crafted from lumber personally sourced in the Smokey Mountains in Georgia. All three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk-in closet Add in an electrically heated swimming pool, plenty of sunbathring and shady areas plus a large balcony - it is a perfect vacation destination for couples and families, still leaving you with plenty of money in your pocket to enjoy the local restaurants and attractions.
Close to the shops and restaurants on a quiet island avenue, Villa Tuscany is just three minutes' stroll to the white sand beaches and two minutes from sailboat water. Walk over to the Cafe on The Beach for breakfast or lunch or catch the island's free trolley service to travel up and down the island. Cook out on the grill by the pool or fix lunch in the villa's fully equipped kitchen.
The spacious open plan living accommodation includes crown molding and glowing solid hardwood maple flooring throughout specially imported from Canada. Sit back on either of the two 3-seater sumptuous 8-way hand tied sofas with loads of soft pillowsl. Relax and enjoy cable TV or a a movie on the TV, DVD/VCR or listen to a favorite CD.
Two 8ft slider glass doors along one wall lead out on to the Mexican saltillo tiled balcony edged with white Italian balustrading; a great spot for an early morning cup of coffee while watching a spectacular Florida sunrise over the waters of Anna Maria Sound or for enjoying evening cocktails.
All of the bedrooms have good quality linens and quilts and are made up with freshly laundered linens in preparation for your arrival.
The Master Bedroom Suite has large king size poster bed and a deep thick mattress, quality bed linens, quilt and decorative pillows. There is also a sofa where you can sit and relax, a spacious walk in closet and a private bathroom with whirlpool spa tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable Queen size bed, a private shower bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has comfortable stacked bunk beds, a desk for you to use your computer for High Speed Internet access, a private shower bathroom and a walk-in closet.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

The gardens are lushly landscaped with many tall, mature florida native palms and a myriad of flowering tropical shrubs and plants. The walkways, driveway and pool surround are paved with Roman-style brick pavers.

Low Season Price : £850 High Season Price : £1200 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved. Cancellations, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue for Anna Maria Vacations Inc will be charged.
