While on vacation at the White Sands you can enjoy a gulf front Heated pool, shuffle-board court, picnic areas and bar-b-que grills. We have Twenty-one Florida resort units on the gulf with kitchen and phone, & heated pool on the beach. No pets. Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $635
High Season Price : $1350 per Week

Deposit Should be equal to ( 35 % of room price), or $250 dollars per week. ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING ROOMS. The time factor is critical and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a time.
" Deposit will be refunded by check with a 50 day advanced written notice by U.S. Mail Only, Less a $40.00 service charge. If you cancel with less than a 50 days notice you will receive a gift voucher only (good for 6 months) less service charge of 15% of room price or $40 the greater of the two. Rental payments are non-refundable unless the entire rental period is re-booked less 15% of Stay. If you fail to cancel before arrival date or fail to show up you will be billed for the entire stay whether you use the room or not. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins, early departures or for ACTS OF GOD such as inclement weather, rain, wind, red tide and non mandatory evacuation . "
