Sitting Room & Dining Room with large sliding doors onto wooden balcony overlooking the beach. 2 settees, CD & tape machine. TV with basic cable, phone socket & video. Family dining room with 8 chairs. 
Kitchen, Fully fitted containing fridge freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, coffee percolator, toaster, telephone, cupboards containing china. 
Downstaris, large deck area with storage cupboard containing barbeque, buckets & spades, beach toys, loungers & parasols. 
Outside, tarmac driveway leading off a quiet part of Gulf Drive with ample parking set in a small tropical garden. Car port. 
Travel cots and high chairs can be rented locally along with toys, kayaks, surfboards & bikes.

    • The Beach House is situated in a stunning location, actually on the 7 mile beautiful beach of Anna Maria Island. The house is extremely well equiped with all the modern conveniences. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch the dolphins play in the shallow water and enjoy the spectacular view, this truely is a nature lovers paradise with parrots, ibis, pelicans and many numerous sea birds all on your doorstep. There are great restuaurants located locally catering for all tastes. An array of shopping, from antiques and crafts to clothing,gifts and books. Cycling, boat hire and walking are just a few of the activities recommended to help you enjoy the most relaxing of holidays.

    OCT 22nd - 29th $2300.00 (HALF TERM) NOV $1840.00 DEC 1ST - 22nd $1840.00 DEC 23rd - JAN 2nd $2450.00 High speed internet access available at $18 per week. We accept cheque or bank transfer. All bedding and towels are provided. The property is cleaned before and after your visit by our manager, but we do ask that you leave it in a good manor when you depart. Rates are subject to all applicable taxes, currently 11.5% A security/damage deposit of £400 will be required to secure a booking. If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason we will not be able to refund any monies paid and therefore we recommend you should takes out your own travel insurance to cover you in case of this. US taxes (currently 11.5%) will be added to the above weekly rates. Please call us to see if we have any special offers running.
