6 Bedroom House in Anna Maria Island

This large elegant five (6) bedroom, four (4) bathroom private home is in a quiet neighborhood of West Bradenton - less than 10 minutes from the Island Beaches, Gulf-of-Mexico. The property is surrounded by tropical landscaping, a variety of fruit trees, a heated swimming pool and a large Jacuzzi. The downstairs area has a large Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and large private bathroom, with plenty of closet space, a color TV and stereo system. There is a large walk-in closet that stores a high chair, stroller, play pen, and other baby/infant items if needed. 
 
The Kitchen is part of a "Great Room" area which includes a Living Room and wood fireplace. There is a pass-thru window from the Kitchen into a formal Dining Room area with bay windows looking out the front of the home. Off the one side of the Kitchen is the downstairs Guest Bathroom and the Laundry Room. Also included in the Great Room is a pool table located next to a set of sliding glass doors leading to the pool. Next to the Great Room is a large Family area which has 2 sleeper sofas (singles) and a 50" plasma flat screen. Also in this room is an Office area with a computer, printer, fax machine, etc. (just in case you need it). 
 
The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms. The largest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a set of Bunk Beds. There is also a color TV, stereo, and plenty of dresser space. The next largest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, desk, color TV, stereo, and walk-in closet. The 3rd upstairs Bedroom has a bunkbeds, and lots of closet space. Finally the den / Game Room has a pull out full bed, dresser, large color TV, stereo, and an air hockey table. There is one large Bathroom for the upstairs area. 
 
The outside pool area is quite large, with plenty of lounge chairs, a large patio table, a very large BBQ grill area, pool toys, tiki torches, and more. We also provide numerous board games, 10+ bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, and much more. We even have a pontoon boat that you can rent for sight seeing, fishing, an island excursion - we have multiple routes / trips already planned that you can simply follow. The home was re-modeled in 2008 and includes high-speed Internet access and local / "free" long distance service. The property is close (within a 5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, movie theatres, golf courses, bowling alleys, etc. 
 
As an added adventure for your vacation – we have a Pontoon Boat which you can rent out and use during your stay - The boat is a 26’ Odyssey Triton Pontoon Boat and can handle up to 16 passengers. Triton means it has three flotation chambers instead of the normal two. It is one of the best pontoons made and is extremely safe and sea worthy. It is docked on Anna Maria Island and less than a 10 minute drive from the Beach House. It has a Refrigerator, a large cooler, fresh water sink & shower, a changing room / bathroom, seating for 16 passengers, tables, CD / stereo system, swim ladder, running lights, etc. We offer guests a special discount and you can rent the boat for $200 a day plus gas. You can take it cruising / sight-seeing or fishing or both, we have mapped out several great excursion routes so you don’t have to hunt for a route. If you want someone to handle the boat for you, the “captain” is just another $100 for an entire day on the boat and he will take you cruising, fishing, exploring secluded beaches in the area, and much more !  

Several bedrooms has a TV, a stereo system, alarm clock, and closet hangers. We provide high-speed Internet service with wireless connectivity throughout the house (all at no extra charge). TV service has numerous channels, sports, movies, etc. and we also have Netflix for downloading an unlimited number of movies and TV programs. The office area has a printer, desk area, and reading books. The home has ceiling fans, central AC, plenty of linens, beach towels, and more. For entertainment, we have numerous board games, beach and pool toys, a Pool Table, an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table. We also provide fishing gear, coolers, beach chairs, boogie & skim boards.
