Recently refurbished and equipped to a very high standard, this superb split-level property offers everything you could want from a luxury vacation home – and so much more.

Situated in a prime position between the thriving heart of island, Holmes Beach, and the quieter, welcoming community in Anna Maria City, this property is just five minutes from the wonderful white sand which brings visitors back to Anna Maria Island year after year. It also offers the perfect opportunity to walk up and around the secluded northern tip of Bean Point and experience the solitude as fishing boats chug to and from port and the seagulls scurry about between the sea oats and gently lapping surf.

But thanks to some refined touches and the professionally decorated interior of Great Palms, there are more than enough reasons to simply sit back and enjoy your stay without even leaving home. From one of the largest private pools on the island, which is also covered to afford you added peace of mind and protection, to the wonderful open deck where you can enjoy eating together on the comfortable dining table and chairs, this is one special place. And the fantastic features continue inside, where more luxury and comfort awaits.

The light and airy open-plan living area is the perfect place to unwind with a good book, indulge your passion for cooking in the well-equipped and spacious kitchen, or put your feet up, sink into the huge sofas and watch the 50inch TV with cable and DVD player. The designer dining table seats eight in comfort, but for more informal meals there is a breakfast bar as well. With its pure white walls, high ceilings and open-plan layout, the living area conveys and wonderful feeling of space and the bedrooms continue the theme. From the sumptuous linens, to designer bathrooms and plenty of storage, no expense has been spared in creating something truly memorable.

Living area
Sit back and relax in the huge, comfortable sofas which face a 50inch flat-screen television. You can choose from Brighthouse cable, play yourselves a favourite DVD, or keep the little ones happy with a choice from our selection of children’s movies. If you want to make the scene even more perfect, you can light the fire in the open hearth which gives the lounge area a wonderful, relaxing glow. For nights and days when it’s hot outside your comfort inside is assured thanks to the air conditioning system which operates throughout the property.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a model of modern luxury, with granite worktops and a centre island with breakfast bar and plenty of surface space. There is plenty of storage in eye-level and floor cupboards and all top-of-the-range appliances including fridge, freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Across the white tiled floor is a modern dining table with plenty of seating for eight formal diners.

Bedrooms
The master suite features a king-sized bed with large flat screen television, dressing room and walk-in closet. Leading off from the room is an en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, stand alone, walk-in shower, his and hers wash basins and separate WC.

Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed with flat screen television, large closet and use of a guest bathroom with over-bath shower, hand basin and WC. This bedroom also has a door leading out to the outside upper decking.

Bedroom three includes twin beds, and has an en-suite shower room, with basin and WC.

Bedroom four is a versatile room which can also be used as a study as it contains broadband internet connection, phone line and a desk with printer. It also includes a comfortable day bed and large closet.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Great Palms has one of the largest private pools on the island, made even more unique by the fact that it is covered for your security and comfort.

Low Season Price : £1200 High Season Price : £1800 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
