This four bedroom/three bathroom waterfront house is perched right on the edge of Anna Maria Sound and is located halfway between the two bridges that lead to the mainland. It has a heated swimming pool and is set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The location is quiet and peaceful and the views are spectacular, looking right out over the water towards the mainland. The sun rising over the water in the mornings is a view that must be seen to be believed, it is a glorious experience.
Just a few minutes stroll to the beach with 7 miles of white sands, Waterview House has island style architecture with decks and balconies. The pool deck leads out to the boat dock. Walk out to the end of the dock for a spot of fishing or dolphin watching - you might get really lucky and catch a glimpse of a manatee. At night views are of the moonlight reflected on the water and the twinkling lights over on the mainland.
The living room in Waterview House has huge sliders that lead right out on to a large screened deck overlooking the water, with views out over Anna Maria Sound and over towards the mainland. See dolphins play in the water and sailboats drift by in the gentle breezes.
Newly decorated, it is light, bright and airy with large comfortable sofas and polished wood floors. TV, DVD, Stereo and Hi-Speed DSL internet access make this a great "home from home", so when you are not busy at the pool, at the beach or visiting some of the local attractions you can relax in and catch up on movies, listen to music, watch cable TV and communicate with family, friends & business.
The kitchen and dining area has sleek white cabinets and the appliances include arange, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets contain pots, pans, dishes, silverward and small electrical appliances. You can either dine out on the screened balcony overlooking the water or in the dining area. There is a separate laundry with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.
There are two master bedrooms with king size beds, bedroom three has a queen size bed and views out over the water and bedroom four has twin beds. All bedrooms have new linens and pretty quilts.
Master Bathroom one has a whirlpool tub and a double shower, Master Bathroom two has tub/shower, and bathroom three has tub/shower.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Waterside House is in a quiet residential area overlooking the water. The private boat and fishing dock extends out into the Bay and is a great place for dolphin watching, fishing or just relaxing and watching the sailboats drift by.
A walkway leads from the house to the pool. Electrically heated for year round swimming the pool is set in gardens landscaped with palms, sea grapes and tropical plants. Patio furniture around the pool and a grill for cook outs are provided so you can enjoy Florida living to the full.
Just three minutes stroll over to the seven miles of white sand beaches and a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants.

Low Season Price : £1200 High Season Price : £1800 per Week
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to Anna Maria Vacations. (For non US residents the accommodation is quoted in US dollars. Any amounts quoted in UK pounds or Euros are for guidance purposes. The US dollar rate prevails.) In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Anna Maria Vacations’ ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved.
