Prepare breakfasts or lunches to serve “alfresco” on the lanai in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen that features high end stainless steel appliances including glossy ceramic hob, oven & broiler, microwave, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. This elegant beachside ground level vacation house has a large shady private lanai set amongst lush tropical landscaping, with a spiral staircase that leads up to a glorious sundeck for serious sunbathing. Relax on exquisite outdoor sofa and loungers with cushions and revel in views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The boardwalk from the house leads directly on to the sands. After enjoying a swim in the warm Gulf waters or sunbathing and strolling on the beach take a leisurely freshen up in the private beachside outside shower on the southern side of the villa or the beachfront shower on the north side. A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.
