This casually elegant Mediterranean style four bedroom/four bathroom vacation residence has views of the Gulf and own heated swimming pool set in gated private gardens. Just two minutes' stroll from the beach, this villa is topped by a spectacular rooftop terrace on which to sit and enjoy amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Elevator, high speed DSL Internet access, DVD & stereo, TV & phone in every bedroom. Lush pillow top beds with 18" thick mattresses, expensive 8-way hand tied sofas topped withloads of pillows & gorgeous furnishings. Whisper quiet dual system air conditioning allows you to adjust the temperature in the upper and middle sections of the house to your own comfort level. 
Travel up in the elevator or take the stairs up to the next level. The layout includes kitchen, living area, bedroom four, bathroom and laundry room. The solid wood kitchen has smooth granite counter tops and is fully equipped with range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils. The laundry room has a laundry has a large washer and dryer. 
Walk through to the living area and enjoy the TV/DVD; or sit back and sip a cocktail or read a book in relaxing surroundings that combine polished honey colored maple wood floors and supremely comfortable soft furnishings. Master bedrooms one and two each enjoy a king size bed, TV, phone and en-suite private bathrooms. Bathroom one has a tub and separate shower. Bedroom two has a large spa bathtub with hand held shower, Bedroom three has a queen size bed, TV, phone and own bathroom. By providing two master bedrooms we feel we have gone a long way to solving that age old problem of who gets the best room in the house. 
The bedrooms reveal a designer with an eye for detail. Bed linens include white matalasse cotton quilts accented with throw pillows and the Mediterranean inspired décor provides a calming and tranquil atmosphere.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation.
