  Low Season Price: $154 per Day
  High Season Price: $257 per Day
     

Reservation Deposits: 25% of the total rental amount or $250 (whichever is greater) is required when making the reservation. Until this deposit is received, your reservation is not confirmed. If making a reservation within 45 days of your arrival date, the entire balance is due at the time of reservation. Holiday weeks require a 15% increase in the rental fees posted on all published weekly rates. 20% last minute discount for booking within 30 days of arrival! Rental fees vary. Please asked for specific dates. Cleaning, admin.fees, security waiver apply. 11,5% taxes. Final Rental Payments: The balance of rental fees are due a minimum of 45 days prior to the beginning lease date. We gladly accept checks, money orders, cash, or electronic funds transfers. As noted above, if making a reservation within 45 days of your arrival date, the entire balance is due at the time of reservation.
