OUR 2 SPACIOUS 1BED/1BATH COTTAGES & 2BED APARTMENTS ARE LARGE AND FULLY EQUIPPED SOME HAVE PRIVATE PATIOS EQUIPPED WITH SEATING AND GAS GRILL, OTHERS HAVE BALCONIES SOME WITH A VIEW OF THE GULF WATERS, THERE IS A SHARED HEATED POOL AND SUNDECK.
THE BEACH AND WARM WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO IS JUST A BLOCK OR SO AWAY WITH DIRECT BEACH ACCESS.

· Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit with the balance due on arrival. 30 day written notice required for refund of deposit, except for stays of 1 month or over when 60 days are required for deposit refund, within these dates, no refund will be made. There will be an administration fee charged on all deposit refunds.
Loss due to late arrival or early departure is the renter's responsibility.
