It has a truly luxurious Master bedroom suite and two well-appointed guest bedrooms, 
 
The décor is light, bright and airy, with an open plan living area, gleaming white cabinetry and granite countertops and the quality of the furnishings is evident as soon as you enter through the front door. The house is equipped with all the latest technology including DSL high-speed Internet access, cable TV, DVD, stereo and TV in every room. Attention to detail means that every aspect of the house has been carefully considered when it comes to both design, furnishings and fabrics.  
 
The Island House is just five minutes' stroll to the beach access and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, fringed with seven miles of white sand beach that stretches out in a gentle curve in both directions.  
 
In the living area the decor is light, bright and airy complemented by burnished maple wood floors. The choice of furnishings is striking with accents of exotic tropically influenced fabrics, exquisite Hemingway style desk & accessories plus large comfortable sofas in neutral colors.  
 
Color has also used to great effect in the dining area with the addition of a deep rose fabric that contrasts with the soft silvery sofas. The whole effect is deeply pleasing to the eye and definitely has the wow factor, sure to impress you when you walk in the door 
 
In the kitchen, crystal white finished solid wood cabinetry is topped with thick granite countertops and the appliances are all high end, including large capacity side by side refrigerator with icemaker and ice water, range, microwave and dishwasher. If you are not visiting one of the many great local restaurants, you can fix an al fresco lunch, eat casually at the breakfast bar or have a leisurely dinner in the dining area. The cabinetry houses a comprehensive selection of brand new small appliances, silverware, glassware and dishes. There is a separate laundry with washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. 
 
All of the beds have thick comfortable mattresses, fine linens and best quality quilts. The glamorous master bedroom suite has a large King size bed, chaise, private balcony overlooking the pool and a private bathroom. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen size beds.  
 
The private Master bathroom has an alcove bath tub, a shower & granite topped white vanity. The second bathroom has a double shower and white cabinetry with granite counter tpps. There are freshly laundered towels in all bathrooms.  
 
Cool, spacious undercover parking is provided on the ground floor in the 1,570 square foot garage. The large freeform private swimming pool is heated to ensure year round swimming in warm water. With a decorative brick paved surround, this makes a perfect area to quietly relax, sunbathe, enjoy a good book or to cool off with a leisurely swim.  
 
The landscaping that surrounds the pool is tropical and includes palms, flowering shrubs and plants that grow so well here in the Gulf Coast islands.  
 
Add the fact that it is just a couple of blocks from the beach and you can be lazing on the white sugar sand beaches just about six minutes' stroll away and this adds up to the perfect vacation home.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.  
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

				Low Season Price:	$1,200 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,500 per Week

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.
