Vacation Rental Description
What if we told you there was a place where luxury comes as standard, where quality, comfort and style converge in the most magnificent villa you can imagine, and where you are just steps from the soft, white sand of Anna Maria Island’s famous shoreline? It sounds like a lot to wish for, but it is all here in View of the Gulf, Anna Maria Vacations’ newest and most spectacular rental property.
Located in a secluded spot in Holmes Beach on the paradise island of Anna Maria, this brand-new six-bedroom, six bathroom villa takes vacation rentals to the next level, with no expense spared in the construction or furnishing of this delightful home. From the original artwork, solid wood floors and marble bathrooms, to the serene and spacious landscaped gardens, View of the Gulf has it all.
As the name suggests, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy far-reaching vistas over the picturesque Gulf of Mexico from many of the rooms inside the house. But as anyone who has been to Anna Maria will tell you, it’s what happens when the sun goes down that brings people here year after year. The sunsets on Anna Maria are breathtaking, filling the sky with a spectacular light show of blues, reds and a myriad golden hues. And you can enjoy nature’s most amazing light show for free from the comfort of your very own rooftop observation deck, reached by a spiral stair from the level below.
You can't put a price on watching the sun dip slowly and silently beneath the distant waves over the gulf, but you can on a vacation rental as magical as this one – and you might be surprised at just how affordable this level of luxury can be. One thing is sure, after experiencing the wonder of View of the Gulf for yourself you won't regret spending a single dime of it.
The spacious and inviting living area features comfortable, luxury furniture throughout. Whether you are relaxing with a good book, sitting back on one of the plush sofas to watch the large, flat screen TV to enjoy the game on cable or a movie, or simply resting a while to savour the gentle sea breezes caressing your senses, you will instantly feel at home in this welcoming space.
There is plenty of room for you to spread yourselves out around this large home as well, with a separate, private den and even an upper-level family room. Whether you want the kids to give you some rest, of you just want some time alone, you will find your spot here.
Cooking can still be fun on vacation, especially when you have a kitchen as splendid as the one in View of the Gulf. With all top quality electrical goods, from dishwasher, to a modern oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer and washer/dryer in the utility area, you have every available labor-saving device to let you get on with the task of creating something tasty.
The dining area seats up to 13 in comfort so you can all eat together and enjoy special moments as a family or group of friends. The glass table in the dining room has seating with seven leather chairs, while the granite counter which extends into the dining room has three chairs, and a second counter has seating for another three.
View of the Gulf has six spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a king-sized bed, flat screen TVs, luxury ensuite bathrooms and their own private decks. Both master beds are finished with European down comforters for that perfect night's sleep.
Outside in the tropical gardens is a 35ft tropical paradise pool which features a five-person spa, waterfall and swim-up table. There is also a fabulous wet tiki bar nestled under a covered lanai for beach-style entertaining.
