The dining area seats up to 13 in comfort so you can all eat together and enjoy special moments as a family or group of friends. The glass table in the dining room has seating with seven leather chairs, while the granite counter which extends into the dining room has three chairs, and a second counter has seating for another three.  
 
View of the Gulf has six spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with a king-sized bed, flat screen TVs, luxury ensuite bathrooms and their own private decks. All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. 				Low Season Price:	$2,500 per Week
				High Season Price:	$4,600 per Week

A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.
