Nestled in a quiet leafy residential neighborhood near to the sparkling waters and fine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, SeaWinds Cottage is just a two-minute stroll to the beach. Lounge in the sun by the pool or stroll a block to the beach access to enjoy seven incredible miles of peaceful beaches. The garden is landscaped with tropical flowering plants and palms. The island’s grocery store, shopping, trolley service and restaurants are nearby.  
 
The main living area with its lustrous hardwood floors and tall ceilings has an open, light and airy ambiance. From the sophisticated lines of the comfortable wrap-around couch in the living area, to beautifully furnished soft pastel bedrooms - this property is a real treasure.  
 
Seawinds Cottage has all the latest up-to-date necessities for your island vacation; TV/DVD in every room, DSL high speed internet and an electrically heated swimming pool. The laundry has high capacity washer/dryer and the fully equipped kitchen is graced with smooth black granite counter tops and the latest gleaming stainless steel appliances. If you need to keep in touch with home, business or family, just use the high speed internet service provided.  
 
Sleeps 2 - 6 persons. Up to 2 extra persons allowed for extra charge. 
 
• LIVING AREA: The main living area is a high ceilinged Great Room, with its lustrous hardwood floors and an open, light and airy ambiance. Watch cable TV, a movie on DVD or listen to the stereo.  
 
Sit back and be comfortable in the large wraparound sofa or walk out through the glass door on to the upper deck to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine of Anna Maria Island. Keep in touch with business, family and friends with DSL high speed internet or telephone (bring or buy a phone card at the local store for long distance or international calls).  
 
Sit in the dining area or outside on the deck to enjoy local seafood, steaks, salads and superb bakery items from the local Publix grocery store (they also have a great deli if you love to eat in and don't want to cook, try their lemon pepper or barbecue chickens). 
 
• KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is graced with smooth black granite counter tops and appliances which include a range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Pristine white cabinetry contains dishes, pots, pans, silverware and small appliances.  
 
A separate laundry houses the washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. 
 
• BEDROOMS: In the Master bedroom on the third floor, sleep in a top of the line king-sized bed and enjoy watching television or DVDs. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious closet.  
 
On the main floor Bedroom 2 also has a top of the line quality king bed, TV/DVD and a superb full bathroom.  
 
Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable XL twin beds and a shower bathroom. 
 
• BATHROOMS: The Master bathroom has a steam shower and tub. Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower and bathroom 3 has a shower. All bathrooms are supplied with freshly-laundered towels. 
 
• OUTSIDE: The architecture of Seawinds Cottage is island style with crisp white trim. This pretty house is nestled in a quiet leafy residential neighborhood very close to the Gulf. It is just two minutes' stroll to the seven-mile stretch of peaceful white sand beaches that fringe the island.  
 
A brick paved driveway leads up to the large double garage that keeps your car cool, out of the Florida sunshine. The electrically heated swimming pool is set in landscaped gardens and steps from the pool surround lead up to the deck and entranceway.

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn of the century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals.  
 
Our environmentally protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf. With year round sunshine, a warm tropical climate and sea temperatures averaging 80 degrees, the waters surrounding the island are known as The Nursery because of the large numbers of bottle nose dolphins that raise their young here.  
 
The nearby Cortez village is a must to find the freshest fish such as grouper, red snapper or locally caught stone crab when in season. It is also the place to visit if you enjoy water sports such as parasailing or jetsking.
